Hey everyone!!! So, a little back ground before I jump the question. I have fallen back on the whole working out thing. But I getting back into it, slowly. I am a rock climber and a martial artist. Or I was. I think I still am. I am looking to develop a workout that has a focus on climbing, cardio, and martial arts.

My question is...(it's also the title)

What should I do?


p.s. I have workouts for martial arts, cardio, and climbing all separate, that I use to do.

I would try to mix the workouts you already have ready, taking the Training Plans as an example.
Given your goals, you're unlikely to find a ready-made training program, but you can create a customized one based on your experience and what you're really interested in doing. :)

in my experience, climbing is a very complex sport, what makes it hard to find one specific workout. What is your climbing experience, how hard do you climb, how often, nature or gym?
Do you know your strength and weaknesses? The more you share, the more we can help.

I have been climbing for over 8 years. I climb indoors and outdoors when I can. Mainly top rope and sport. Indoors it's top rope, sport, and boulder.

How regularly is "when I can"?
What grades do you move in, in average, maximum, flashing?

Is there a part of climbing, where you want to get better? Or just in average?
