Weight loss with training and diet?

I want to have weight loss with home excercises . I don't go the gym and I need home excercises for training. I am a vegetarian and I need a diet plan so that I can be fitter and develop strength. I am 68kgs and 5'10.I can do 5 push ups at max. I want to make that 30-40 in a minute.

Hello and welcome!
I want to ask how much weight do you want to lose, do you think that you have fat more than muscles?
To lose weight and fat you need a calories deficit, say 15%
With exercise ,you will be stronger and you need to begin step by step, you can select a level 1 or 2 workout from the db for the beginning and do it 3 times per week and then when you will be in better condition select level 3 workouts
Try to be active, walking etc
