Animal Crossing: New Leaf during the week (it's easy to put down after an hour), and Okami HD on the weekend!

Recently, I've been really into "The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt." It's an older game, but the storytelling and world-building are just phenomenal. I also dabble in some indie games like "Hades" and "Celeste" for some quick, fun experiences. Oh, and speaking of games, have any of you tried out online slot machines? I stumbled upon this interesting article ( https://fintechzoom.com/fintech_news_entertainment/slot-machines-questions-answered/ ) that answered a lot of questions I had about them!

I beat my other two Alphadaias, and now I've been doing Princess Peach Showtime. Mainly weekends only though.

I'm annoying myself going for perfection on the first go through. Makes it take longer than it would. :phew:

Traded in all me Xbox 360 games, about 45 of 'em for an Xbox One and Witcher 3 Wild hunt also Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

I played Witcher 2 Enhanced on me old Xbox 360 many times and eventually got the first PC game and updated it to enhanced. Finally now playing Witcher 3.

A future game I ordered from Ebay is Assassin's Creed Odyssey.

Got Assassin's Creed Odyssey and started a game with Kassandra. Cool game.

Next day played Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

And some days bought Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

What I'm liking about the above 2 Assassin's Creed games is the historical info included.

When I had the Xbox 360 with 45+ games I could play any of them anytime, with the Xbox One I have 4 game disc but they install the game from online and file size is huge and used up 63% of space so far, kind of limits me to only add-on dlc or I have to delete a game if I install another game and installing takes like 11 hours for AC Valhalla. Some older games may have less GB, my machine has 365 GB and 132 GB free space,.

Assassin's Creed Valhalla, went back and forth with what gender then settled with the female, also like the look with no body armour showing her tattoos and made the pants/boot the merchant style. She has a helmet but it's hidden, I like that option.

A game I really liked was Nier (the old guy version) on the Xbox 360 and now have an Xbox One. There's a NieR: Automat BECOME AS GODS Edition so downloaded it overnight, no physical copy for the Xbox.

My husband has been doing Assassin's Creed, too!

Today we both started Paper Mario: Thousand Year Door remake for the switch.

It's nothing like I remember and it's very overstimulating, but the core of Paper Mario is still there so I should be able to power through.

I did 15 hours of AC Odyssey then 40 hours of AC Valhalla, gave it a break and back to AC Odyssey. Switching back takes time to remember the controls again.

What Assassin's Creed was your husband playing ? I did many of the Xbox 360 games but not to any completion.

He's doing Valhalla, but on a PS5.

I give him credit, he's beaten a lot that I don't think I would have.

And a lot of those, he does go through and try to earn everything as much as possible.

Especially with the Yakuza games.

Playing AC Odyssey I use Kassandra and AC Valhalla the female, did go back and forth but the female moves the same as the male, in AC Odyssey she definitely female.

He's using the guy, but it is certainly a very interesting game. I wish I had more time in the day! :)

I used the guy in AC Valhalla but thought the voice acting was better with the female and she also wasn't so stocky, don't care for guys looking to much like a bodybuilder on steroids. Because you can switch at anytime they have the same physical movement.

Played more Nier Automata, strange at first but getting into it, quite a cool game. Nier Replicant should be in my mail box tomorrow, which is a remastered version and instead of father and daughter story it's with a younger guy so it's brother and sister. After first play-through you can get to play the original old guy father but still as a brother in this game.

@MadamMeow Xbox 360 was the dad (old man) version but PlayStation didn't think Japanese gamer would go for an older guy so changed it to a younger person. You play the game 4 times, each revealing new info and story.

Playing the first Nier I see familiar things in Nier Automata, some gamers get Nier Automata first then Nier Replicant later but works best if Nier Replicant is played first.

Just ordered (June 6) from Ebay Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, hard to fine for Xbox One in Canada and Divinity: Original Sin 2 only on download but may get later on a sale. I only order from Canada.

I have the Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition game (physical copy), a good price for a used mint condition game.

Completed the first play through of Nier Automata, give my eyes a rest from the game for now. Taking a short vacation and when I get back will a start on Divinity: Original Sin but not sure which game I'll continue, have a bunch of new games.

Back home and played Original Sin, and really like the game, Baldur's Gate 3 is made by the same studio but won't be on Xbox One.

Got back to Witcher 3 Wild hunt, quite the game difference after many hours of Original Sin 2.

I'm at a point in Witcher 3 Wild hunt and having a snowball fight with Ciri. Made me think of Darebee snowball fights.

Went on to complete the main quest in 95 hours level 35, can go around exploring and finding job contracts, there a lot to explore in this open world game. I'll go for one more level up and switch to some other game.

I've played some Gwent cards on Witcher 3, Witcher 2 was dice.

From what I played it was the best of 3, I won the first game, opponent the second but on the third game I had no cards left so had to concede and be defeated, I'll get more cards either buy or win.

Doom 64 on steam and a modded version of Heretic.
We had a N64 way back, had Doom and Hexen. Daikatana was good but I'm more of a 3rd person fan and not too many on that machine. I was thinking Xbox but my son wanted PS2. 2011 someone gave me an Xbox 360 which I used till a few months back and traded everything for an Xbox One, they don't make games for it any more but the ones I can get used are cheap.

I loved Doom 64 back in the day! Mainly with the God Mode code on, but I could beat it without it as well. I remember having the most fun just going after everyone with the chainsaw and loved not having to care about dying.:happy::u:

Thought I'd pop me Assassin's Creed Valhalla into me Xbox One see where I was at after giving AC Odyssey a bit of a play. The Valhalla game uses the same figure for each gender, just a skin change, so the female walks a bit like an ape, I guess so you can switch gender in game anytime. Kassandra in Odyssey is definitely female and you choose gender at start of new game. There's some good looking female Vikings in AC Valhalla, I still prefer the female than the male but think your Viking female is non-binary, her breast area is bandaged.

Giving Witcher 3 Wild hunt a rest since it's start of NG+.

Went back to Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, had played 56 hour or so but started over and 24 hours in but that start over was sometime back and now not sure what I have done but will trek on.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider on Xbox One. I think I've played pretty much all the Tomb Raider games from early PC then PS2 and Xbox 360. Lara seems very petite in this game.

Was going to take a break but went back to Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, 75 hours in and at the talking stone door to the final area, but have yet to qualify, I need a whole bunch of blood/star stones, so have to trek around and find more and finish quests, which is hard since you can't track quests, so unless you read a lot and have a good memory it's a lot of wandering around aimlessly.

I beat Cat Quest III and last weekend I started Crystal Project.

It's an alright JRPG, but it is hard to figure out where to go for things. There is a lot of intricate jumping involved, which is not my strong suit. Should be after all the Super Mario games I've played in my life, but nope.

I've been playing a lot of Sea of Thieves lately myself with some of my friends who I got into the game when it was on sale on Steam.
I usually enjoy me some story-heavy JRPGs (Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Persona, Xenoblade Chronicles, etc.) but I've been expanding out a bit more recently, and currently opting to not dive into a new JRPG just yet until Sonic x Shadow Generations comes out so I can focus my time on that.
