A little bit about myself...

Been massively out of shape going on ten years now, i'm the most unfit I've ever been.

I'm 30 years old, 5 ft 10, 17 stone (238 lbs), ex smoker.

I can jog for about a minute before needing to catch my breathe.
I can do 5 push ups
I can do 1 pull up
I walk on average 10 miles a week.

I want to get into a program and I want to improve all around not specifially cardio, strength, flexibility but everywhere.

You can start with the basic program to get used to the way of training proposed by darebee.
This is the easiest way to start since the program is already well-structured and only needs to be followed day by day.

Thank you, I did think Foundation would be the best idea, I will probably start there then :)
