I'm trying to recomp my body but I've also been watching One piece and I really like Zorro. So I want to do the ronin's blade workout but when I look for training swords on Amazon I don't know which ones are good and which ones are garbage. Can anyone recommend anything please?

"Speak softly, and carry a big stick."
I use this on the sword workouts, but I'm a bit of a mad man:

I'll check it out. Does it affect technique? Can you move it without causing injury to yourself?

So far I haven't noticed any injuries, just very tiring.
Like any weights, start light and build up as you feel comfortable doing.
Oh, and avoid ceiling fans and pendent lights, the club will win out if they connect.

Good advice. Thank you. Yeah, the only training sword I've ever seen was in the movie The last samurai where he was training with the kids with the wooden sword but I haven't seen any online that looked like that one
