Why not?

So I just finished Hard reset cardio, hard reset strength and firestarter. I did them all together in the evening one after the other on level 1. I then read that I actually shouldn't do everything at once....and that if I do hard reset strenght and cardio I should do one in the morning and one in the even.

I'm not a morning person or a morning exercise person. So I do all my excercise at night when my energy levels are the best.

So why shouldn't I do then all together?

If doing all the workouts back to back feels good to you, I’d say keep doing it. Personalizing workout programs —especially when you take pride in the effort and accomplishment—can be key to sticking to them.

Looking specifically at the Hard Reset programs, I think it makes sense to do them in one session. I’d recommend starting with Hard Reset Strength to ensure your form and effort are optimal before fatigue sets in, then finishing with Hard Reset Cardio. The strength work will already have elevated your heart rate, making the cardio portion more challenging and potentially more rewarding.

As for the idea of splitting them into morning and evening sessions, that doesn’t seem necessary. You wouldn’t be getting a long enough recovery period between workouts, and since the programs have a built-in balance of intensity and focus, doing them together should work just fine.

One thing I’d watch for is redundancy in work. For example, when I glanced at the workout previews, it seems like both programs emphasize core on Day 3. If you find that repetitive, you could stick to just one core workout on those days (or pull the best elements from both) but it’s not a big deal if you do both

Since each session is around 20–25 minutes (40-50 mins total) and not excessively intense, I don’t see any issue with stacking them. I think you should keep taking this approach.

Since you're not a morning person, you could still do them in the evening but with a short break between workouts, strength first, then a meal, then cardio later.
