Can someone recommend a workout that targets upper thighs?

Context; I'm a 40 year old male with a pretty sedentary job. I'm going for my black belt in To Shin Do. I have charcot marie tooth syndrome and I'm trying to get my black belt before I start having the more severe symptoms of musle atrophy. I've been doing workouts on darebee for two months now.

Lately I've been experiencing weak thighs when we do free response sparring. So I want to work my thighs. What workout can I add to my rotation to strengthen my thighs?

Any leg workout also works your thighs.
I find this exercise particularly useful when I want to improve my stamina for sparring and leg endurance.
I prefer this version because it's easier on the ankles and knees than other exercises done on tiptoe.

I'm a rock climber, one of the areas at that we need to train outside of grip is our legs. So I would do pistol squats, jumping lunges, and jumping squats. Starting off with assisted pistols, step lunges, and regular squats.
