Not sure if this is the best way to check in: replying to my own post.
I did a chain of three days Foundation.
My mood and motivation then dropped significantly: probably just resistance to change / perfectionism etc.
Another more practical...
Goal
Specific :
do foundation level 1 workout daily for 30 days
Measure: weekly check in
Achievable: update profile with badge when done
Reality checked : level 1 is my level : I can only start from where I am
Time : aim for daily exercise
