    Up to Day 10 on Guardian, Light Foundation, and Arms of Steel (chair version). I was able to do the exercise of the day. ( back leg raises) Continue was the sore muscles stretches and hugs.

    Checking in for 2 days Days 5 and 6 of Foundation Light, Guardian (with goblins) and Arms of Steel chair version. I preform the sore muscle stretches for both days. I was able to do today's challenge. Are goblins attracted to sweat? There seems to be an infestation of them here.

    Day four of Foundation Light, Guardian and chair versions of Arms of Steel, sore muscle stretch, and the daily exercise ( leg swings for 2 minutes). I'll try to do some incline push ups later today.
