    Sprained the right hip last Thursday. Rested and recovered for 1 whole week. Mild Workout today. 30 mins brisk walking. Stretching.

    I remember, in my youth, the body used to be like a spring. However much it was stressed, it used to spring back within no time. A good night's sleep was all it took to recover. :D

    Friday, Saturday and Sunday... Rest and Recovery. 49 years Age, can't tax the body too much. Chances of injury or accident are very real.

    Today: Brisk walking for 30 mins + Lazy Abs (Crunches + Leg Ups) (2 + 2 sets of 10 each) + Back Extensions + Reverse Leg Ups (2 + 2 sets of 10 each)

    Today, moderate intensity cycling on recumbent bike, 10 + 10 baithaks, 5 dand, stretching. Bombay duck Fish and bhakri (millet bread) for lunch.

    Today will be having some goat meat curry for essential proteins and other nutrients. Otherwise, its all vegetables.

    No two workouts are the same. Today did some slow speed interval running on the treadmill. Body has started responding somewhat to my continued efforts. Then did some stretching. Weight has decreased from 97 Kgs. to 96 Kgs. after 1 week of workout and cleaner nutrition.

    Today Brisk walking on the treadmill for 25 mins + stretching. Took it easy today. Muscles are sore due to the massage yesterday.

    First day at the gym today. Did warmup and loosened the joints then 20 mins low intensity cycling on a recumbant bike and then some stretching. Right ankle is slightly sore. Otherwise everything is nice...

    I have seen many UPs and DOWNs in life. Seen the Zenith and experienced the Nadir. Still going strong. I have restarted my fitness journey again, after almost a Gap of 15 years. Let's see how it goes.
