I still don't get it...am I stupid or what?
Does it mean, I need to perform 32 squats in row, then 30 sec of rest, after 4 sets 2 minutes of rest, and then next excercise?
I am confused with 10,8,8,6 reps.
What does it mean?
32 reps at once, then 30 sec of rest X4, then up to 2 min of rest...
