Abs Challenge (30 day)

Hi Folks, I'm just starting with Darebee.
For the Abs 30 day challenge - Day 1 lists 10 Sit-ups, 20 Flutter Kicks, 30 Sec plank. But it doesn't list how many sets? Am I to assume 4 sets?

It's just 1set.
Usually the challenges start pretty easy und ramp up later.

Day 30 is 70 situps, 300 flutters followed by a 4min plank. No need to do that 4 times.

I had to give up on that challenge last month because it got very intense very quickly - I suggest you don't overdo it at the beginning!
