    Did better today:- Universal Warmup done, 40 Arm Circles done (Didn't have space for Prone Flys), Day 4 of Total Body done, Hiker (WotD) done (3 sets), Day 4 of Daily (Knee) Push-Ups done, Day 29 of Gladiator done (Lots of breaks doing the Plank again), Morning Mobility done.
