I would echo some of the advice above by trying other movements which exercise the same muscles, especially step ups.

Ok, completed Like a Boss today with 20lb DBs just to get a feel.
This was a really solid upper body workout, and I like how the core was mixed in. I did it at the end of the day and got three sets done (Level 1). I like how these workouts can be scaled up or down.
