  1. I can't bend my wrist for planks/push ups... suggestions?

    i've tried knuckles but it puts too much weight onto my bad wrist ...holding onto dumbells looks to be the solution! never would have thought of that, thank you for the examples!

    Due to a wrist problem I can't bend my wrist, and never will be able to. Looking at some of the exercises like certain planks, the hand is placed on the floor with the arm/wrist making a shape like an uppercase L Is it ok to substitute this with planks where my forearm is placed on the ground...
