    22-10 Today I went for my first (very short) run in a long time. Did a warm up with some jumping excercises. 1 min running/30 sec walking 6x It didn't feel exactly comfortable yet but I it's a start. It was sunny and very nice to be outside. Hope you all had a good day :)
