Hi bees,
This is a thread to keep myself more accountable and to be proud of my progress. I have been in physical therapy for a while to recover from a leg injury and I am now at the point where I just need to consistently keep strength training to keep getting stronger. The problem is that I struggle with the consistency part I know that my body feels better when I train more, and sometimes more shitty when I train less. I just find it hard to prioritise at times when my life gets busy. I also want to take up running again. My therapist has given me the right preparation and everything but I have been a bit scared to actually do it. Today I went running for the first time in a bit over a year. It felt not that comfortable yet but I'm happy that I started with the first training. My goals are to try to run 2x a week and to go to the gym to strength train 2x a week.
