I started the morning wanting to stay in my head about going back to the gym and thankfully my head lost. Curiosity brought me to the scale where I discovered that I am the heaviest I’ve ever been, 181. There is no going back to bed.
Workout:
Hard Reset Day One
10 and 5 lbs dumbbells (felt moderate) 10-12 rep 3 sets
3 sets on the Lat machine 50lbs
Shooting baskets for 15 min
