Advice needed!

Okay so I(18M) have been on and off workout for past few months and now ive decided to follow a workout program.
I am skinny af with less muscle and get Sore muscles very frequently. I have 5KG dumbells and a stretch band
Which workout plan should i go for: Ironborn or PPL?

If you don't have a set of different weights that you can change depending on the exercises you do it's difficult to do the two programs you mentioned, take a look at this:
Requires fewer weight changes :)
