The easiest way to train with Darebee is to choose a program, because it's already a well-structured workout and you just have to follow its progression and that's it.
You can also not train every day and still follow a program, many do this.
Creating your own training program is more complicated because you have to choose the individual workouts and combine them to get the results you want.
