A good start is the manual. The programs are hidden behind Programs in the main menu. The have built-in active rest days, so you can do them every day. But feel free to take a rest day when you feel like it. Start slow. There is a filter for the programs to help you choose.
Or you could make your own plan using this templates. The workouts are behind Workouts in the main menu. Comes with a filter as well.
