I am searching for calisthenics or pilate program made by person who does that as I find trainers and people near me who don't know about it and try to teach about it.

So currently my routine is as follows:

Push pull legs

Push- handstand, pushups (5) variations to target triceps shoulder chest

Pull - dead/active hangs, chinups(40), ring rows(40), reverse hand pushup to target biceps, forearms

Legs - duckwalk (500), free,sumo,pistol squats (150), hip thrusts (50)

Abs - crunches 150, scissors 50 plank (4 min), obliques with 10 kg plates and cardio on abs and legs day other days static stretching.
