Cardio Suggestions

What cardio and full body workout routines would ya'll suggest that would be perfect for incorporating spartan pancakes, ram rollers, and buckets?

When I worked for a builder on detached condo sites often I would have to carry 5 gallon buckets full of clay from the basements to dump outside, as much as 40 times. The reason was after the plumbing base work was done the floor had to be leveled for concrete pour, so there was extra ground usually wet clay coz the pipes took up space, and sometimes even some stone had to go.

I go to a gym but just bodyweight climbing stairs is pretty good, I live on the 15th floor and doing the stairs has me huffing and puffing, but then I don't usually do any cardio.
