Can amy one suggest me, some proper workouts for my endomorph type body? I really want to get in shape but my hips dont shrink and somehow i always fail to achieve my goal

we would need a bit more information to properly guide you. First of all I will say that it is not possible to spot-reduce. The body genetically decides where to store fat tissue and where to lose it first.

I think what you are looking into is body recomposition, which I am not an expert on but goes through nutrition primarily and exericise second.
I would look primarily into strength training and then a balanced diet.
