each exercise should be made one time and at give count? and all for 1 set?
It is a single sequence of exercises, a single set in practice.
Do an exercise for the set number of repetitions then the filler (bounces and side leg raises) and then move on to the next exercise: hooks - filler - uppercuts - filler - knee strikes - filler and so on :)

So, the numbers 1-2-3-4-5-5 only show the order, not count?
