- I am 34 years old, weight 55 and height 168. I need a home program without any equipment to exercise and gain weight. What is the right time of day to do the exercises?

Hello there is a tab on the homepage listing all the programs. If you are new to training you could try Foundation Program. Programs tab also has a search engine to help narrow your search. Each program has a description of that particular program. Under the Collects tabs there are a number of workout for the neck.
