Fitness Training plan with Kids

Hello to all community members!

I am new to Darebee and found it pretty interesting. I need the suggestions from the experts on choosing a training plan for me and my kids aged 10 (son) and 7 (daughter). The objective is to keep fit in case they want to opt for a career in any sports and avoid any health problems. On the other hand myself turning old need to keep up with my own fitness level.

So please suggest me few workout programs which we can follow together as a family.

First of all welcome :)
The simplest thing is to choose a 30-day program (Fitness Programs) and follow it because it is already a complete and well-structured training plan.
If you train with your kids it might be fun to choose RPG programs, when I made them I had a lot of fun :LOL:
