Ok, completed Like a Boss today with 20lb DBs just to get a feel.

This was a really solid upper body workout, and I like how the core was mixed in. I did it at the end of the day and got three sets done (Level 1). I like how these workouts can be scaled up or down.

Completed a hard HIIT workout on Keelo today that involved sitting ring dips — quickly realized how hard rings are 🤯

Also did a mix of dumbbell cleans and air bike sprints 🥵

My problem is that I like too much variety. I like strength training. Im loving DAREBEE. I got to find a way to combine it all into a doable and repeatable schedule it week. I need a little focus.
