Good evening, I had a question (probably a stupid one, but I'm new) and I hope you could help me!
I know that the programs are divided in "days" (day 1, 2, 3,...), but does that mean that I should complete the exercises every day (one page of pdf every day)? I think that the answer is "yes", but then if I chose to follow two programs (I'm doing the "Total abs" and "Arms of steel" ones), should I do both every day, alternate them, or what?
