How often should I do programs' sets if I chose more than one?

Good evening, I had a question (probably a stupid one, but I'm new) and I hope you could help me!

I know that the programs are divided in "days" (day 1, 2, 3,...), but does that mean that I should complete the exercises every day (one page of pdf every day)? I think that the answer is "yes", but then if I chose to follow two programs (I'm doing the "Total abs" and "Arms of steel" ones), should I do both every day, alternate them, or what?

Darebee programs are structured to train every day with active recovery days, i.e. "easy" days to recover from more intense workouts.
So to answer your question: you should do both programs every day.
This is just a guideline that you can adapt to your needs :)
