Leg workout of the universe!

Good morning, I've been on Darebee for awhile now and support it financially as well (I'm sure alot of others do too). That said, I rarely post but this morning is lower day and I've done all of the workouts, the programs, the challenges, et al and would like a new swollen quads and hams workout, if possible. I'm 62 now and don't do the extreme stuff as written, I modify them to my taste. I think that I joined around 54 years old, so it's been a minute since I joined. I've referred hundreds to this site.
