New here issues with floor exercises

Hi there

I just came across this site today and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend the program or exercises plans and challenges for a beginner that uses light dumbbells but can't do floor work because I have knee and back problems I can't get up and down on and off the floor any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello and welcome, @jainzar !

To start with, you may want to have a look at the Baseline program. It's perfect for beginners and doesn't have any floor exercises. Some of the upper body exercises can be complemented with light dumbbells if you find them too easy.

It will give you a foundation while helping you to build a daily fitness habit.
