One Dumbbell workout - split the tricep extensions and rows?

As the subject line says. When I reach the tricep extensions and kneeling rows, should I do 8 on each side? Change sides with each rep? Or just do 16 each side?

8 on each side, judging the structure of the workout, first 8 on one side and then 8 on the other, this is generally done :)
