Hi there. I have a question in regards to the weight training part of this program, for each exercite should I increase the weight or it should be kept constant?

Thanks

In the program a range of repetitions is given for each exercise, for example 8-12, when you reach the maximum number, you either slow down the movement making it more difficult or increase the weight.
It's just one of the possible ways :)

Thank you for your answer. I have formulate this poorly, for each set of the exercise we should increasw the exercise or încr3ase the number of reps only, as indicated in the program?

Yes, Darebee programs are studied for a long time before being released, so to obtain the best result it is always better to respect the indications :)
