Just because we can put suggestion and I like to share, if by any chance it helps...

I enjoyed Back&Biceps Express idea. 2 strenght exercises each 4 sets with a low rest time.
I adapted it for other muscle group and liked it.

What can be done with the same idea to build a full body that can be divided on a week set
Chest&Triceps Express
Legs&Shoulder Express
Abs&Core Express
