    Hell'o, For this challenge how long do I have to do this? I have to focus 20 sec on something else every 20 minutes... But from 6am to 11pm, all my day long and for 30 days? This is not said but I just wonder how many time I should do this to find it effective... @Damer @neilarey

    Hell'o, As you already have bed on time challenge it can be good to have the opposite and a "wake up on time challenge" as well. Because it's important to go bed on time but beginning the day with a good morning wake at time is also important. Have a good day and take care
