Hello!! New to the site, wanted to introduce myself. My name is Sara I am 45 yrs young!! I had the gastric sleeve in 2018. I have since lost and kept off over 140 lbs. I live a fairly healthy lifestyle. I had to take a break from the gym due to a knee replacement back in April. I am eager to get started back. I enjoy helping others achieve fitness goals, sharing recipes, tips, and share my knowledge to help others achieve their goals!! LET"S BE FRIENDS!!
