Cauliflower Soup

I usually cook cauliflower florets in a large skillet, a bit of seasoning and stir-fry, then a little water, cover and simmer. Today I'm making this cauliflower soup . . .


For a vegan version I'd make cashew cream instead of the milk or cream in the recipe.

Mine was very good, I had some chickpeas left over and tossed them in, they were blended then added the remaining cauliflower. I used chicken stock cubes, no milk or such. Another day I added a few meatballs.
