Starting today.
I want to restore my stamina. Ever since getting covid I'm experiencing difficulty in all kinds of exercises. My heart rate peaks really fast and I enter in anaerobic stage real quick getting dizzy and fainting (worse scenario, in case I keep pushing it).
So, I'll try to slowly build it.
