Hey guys,

Day 1.

First time trying a training program here.

My goal is to lose weight through strength training, I hope I can keep this up.

I have struggled with mental health for years and still do, but it is time for a change.

I have to start loving myself and it will be a tough journey, but I will get there.

Day one is over, I'm already in pain.

You can do it, just keep at it!

Congrats on your streak so far! I struggle with consistency, but the journal/log aspect here has helped me just pick up and come back in. Anyway, cheering you on!!
Most days i don't feel like it but i need change so i am trying me best.
I bet you can do it too i'm rooting for you!
