I didn't notice, you already did 2 rounds of Cardio and Core, congratulations :yas:
Thank you. The first one was with 3 kg dumbbells, this one is with 3,5 kg dumbbells, and I hope to continue increasing little by little (perhaps up to 5 kg?)

Hello,
Getting old is annoying, and getting old with Ehlers-Danloss is even more so. I thought that as I got older the symptoms would lessen, but it's the opposite. So, here I am again after two weeks without sport due to back pain, because of nothing. Just like that.

Done yesterday (07-08-2025) :
Iron heart : Day 1, upperbody, 3,5 kg dumbbells

That's all. I start again slowly and see how it goes.
