before i start this one i got a few questions the first is about the reps
1714944268552.png the picture shows the reps as 12,10,10,8 do those numbers mean i can choose how many reps to do or do i do the first set as 12 reps 2nd set 10 reps and so on

second questions is since this is a 30 day program do i go the full 30 days without resting as i know rest days are important if so how many rest days should i do if not then dont worry this question
