Hii!
I am new here so foremost of all I will give an introduction perhaps
I will use penname but it is same on instagram so one can get to me if tried, I am 17 and I had a life of rollercoaster just like everyone else! I am not perfect, I get jealous on seeing people younger or of the same age as me doing better than me in some certain field but again, I have not worked a thing in that field so I am no one to be jealous about it BUT AGAIN I am young so it should be normal!

I will be coming here and place my physical progress as well as my mental progress everyday and if not then thrice a week is non-negotiable for me. I wish to write more but let's keep it short and not so boring at all!

I enjoyed my day today and the only part which I kind of disliked was my friend forcing me to do chest and tricep 3 excercise each in the gym and do the rest 3 of both chest and tricep excercise on thursday! It was really irritating and I didn't wanted to do it but at last, thanks to him. My today's workout was ruined!

I had back day today and I didn't do it excessively like I did for my leg day~ I was feelin' quite Lazy today but aside from all that, I learnt the reason why I go gym, At first It was to be health, Now it is to be energetic and regain energy after a tiring day in the school. I was lazy at the beginning but at last excercise of back (hyperextension), I regained all my energy and it felt really good!

Hello,

I had a good day overall, but my friend insisted on an annoying chest and tricep workout split—3 exercises today and 3 more on Thursday. It bothered me, but I reluctantly went along. Unfortunately, this disrupted my workout and left me frustrated.

Aaaaa! I had done the same excersice as I did on previous Saturday with the same SETS AND REPS but I AM NOT FEELING THAT PAIN FULL FEELING! THE FEELING OF DOING LEGS AND That's how I learnt I have to increase my every other days sets and reps every week! I cannot be doing be 100 squats on every Saturday! I will increase it! I will Increase it on every Saturday.
