Hey all!

Recently discovered DAREBEE and am loving the variety and the mission 💪🏼

I reviewed all the fitness profiles but couldn’t find a Push/Pull/Legs program.

Can you help me find one?

I’m really looking to do a mix of resistance training, calisthenics, and mobility. I’m okay with Level 4 and 5 workouts with pull ups.

Any reccs?

Late to the party, but there are some PPL workouts in the collection:

They are with dumbells only, as is most of the PPL program mentioned abvove.
You could use the filter on the workout page to find the appropriate workouts and arrange them in one of the training plans. That gives you a bit more leeway in terms of using calisthenics in the mix.

welcome to the hive! if its calisthenics you're after I recommend Strength Protocol it's a level 4 program that includes pullups/pushups/legs and abs.
