Starting Anew

Hello, I am back, starting anew, right now I m taking care of my elderly parents, so I hve lots of free time e😉😉 I want to lose weight and build muscle, so which would be better to do, Cardio or strength. I was spose to have an elbow replacement in Jan. but had to take care of my parents.
my sisters were doing it, and now it is my turn

Well Hello everyone, So glad to back.
well I did The Foundation Light, and some of the stretches,
then I did a warm-up and 5,000 step workout, but actually only got about 3,000 😢and more cooldown, wish me luck, as I wish you all luck
