Day 65/100. It's been hard to stay focused and easy to procrastinate and become distracted. I find this journal to be a great way to stay laser focused on my goals and create a rhythm to keep things moving along, however slowly that might be happening.
Day 72/100.....taking a small pause after this for much deserved R&R. I heard a podcast yesterday that said that consistency is the price of admission but adaptation (trying to do things better and better each time) is the true measure of greatness. Interesting thought.....
Done DD (30 sec hallow hold) with EC!
Onto the monthly challenge (14 step up lunges x 4 sets) - this didn't happen :-(
Day 74/100.....I'm back (although not totally consistent yet since it is the holiday time). It's been really challenging keeping on top of things since taking some time off and man I will admit that I've been my own worst enemy and my own biggest barrier. I'm determined to get back on track and get what I need to get done. I'm using my routine and visualization to achieve that. I've been in worst situations before and I've gotten out. I guess it isn't how we behave when things are going well that really shows who we are, rather how we manage difficult and challenging situations that shows and builds our character and values.
Done DD (50 lunge punches) in 2 sets of 25.
Done the monthly challenge (24 lunge step ups x 4 sets).
Onto day 10 of 1 min HIIT. Let's get it done! ( I did it!)
