It's a standalone combat workout, choose one or more suggested moves and keep doing them for 5-10-25 minutes straight without rest.
You can choose the moves you want, in the sequence you want or you can also follow the moves in the sequence as if they were a pre-established series.
I've been doing it for some time, I had built myself a sequence of fighting moves to keep repeating so I don't have to think about anything and just do the movements continuously :)
