@Fremen is to blame for this one. He suggested we create a guide to explain my video on how the way we exercise is more important in determining what type of exercise an exercise is than the exercise itself.
It's what we always use with muscle weight exercices and most usual reps range. Even if nothing can be general.
We say for the same exercice:
6-8 reps for working strenght
10-12 reps for muscle building
16-20 (and more) reps for endurance
And we adapt the weight on each of course.
