Hello!

One more day on my Island!

Day #35 | 25.06

Before breakfast:
Morning Stretch 4/30
Ninja 4/30 (2min but I had to split it in half with a seconds break)

Afternoon:
Epic Five 4/30 (in a row, I sweated a lot doing this, it was nice)
Unbound 4/30 (sometimes the drawings confuse me, I’m not sure I knew what was supposed to be happening on the second picture, but well..)

Before Bed:

1 Min Yoga 4/30

Would like to find the time to add one workout, I hope I can fit one in tomorrow.

Hello!

I havent been doing much lately, work has been very heavy and I haven’t had the mental space to work out.

However yesterday I did a super long and intense and fun hike down from the Vulcano to the sea, it was heavily raining for 2 hours straight, so my muscles burnnn from all the “let’s try not to slip”.

6km hike

Today we went to explore a huge cave there is near the place we are staying right now.

Tomorrow back to work and back to workouts. No excuses.

Day #58 | 26.07

Yesterday we went for one of the most amazing Hikes of my life, it was 7hours long and 12km, 3 of which were practically vertical.
It was though but the view made up of it, and I had a really really good time.

I’m back to the city so I’ll be getting back on track in the next few days!

14km over 5 hours it was very cool and the views were amazing!

I’m a bit disappointed in myself for having given up the workouts a bit. I‘be been feeling very tired, finally the isolation got up to me, I’m bored of this job and I just want to go home .
I just need to remind myself that the workouts really make me feel better, even if I’m feeling super lazy i should just do them.

My time here is almost up anyways. Just a few more weeks to go.

Hello!

Long time no see..

Since I was here last - I was living on an Island, went back home, had a wonderful summer and started climbing on a regular basis.

Then... I started another hellish soul sucking project, I moved houses and I haven't exercised in 3 months. Which is depressing.

So last Saturday I went climbing! Which was great! But I felt terribly out of shape (to no one's surprise) and my body's really sore. Which led me to the obvious conclusion that I should really start working out with a routine again.

So here's what i'd like to do this time around:

Will try to do everyday:
1 min Yoga - to balance myself
Upper Body Blast - because today was the start of this new challenge and I felt why not
Olympian - Looks like my kind of thing

Will add when possible (maybe before bed...?)
Flexibility Challenge - very in need
Posture challenge - very much in need.
De stress - before i punch someone else here, i better get this going

This is definitely more than I'll be able to do, but I like to kid myself and live in the illusion that I'll go from no workout to all the workouts in a day.

Today I did:

Exercise of the day: Jump Squats
Upper Body Blast 1/30

Exited to see you tomorrow again!

I find the olympian workouts with all the punches very boring… so i skipped everything and did the Exceptional workout level III.

I Want to workout today but I don’t want to do all those punches……

My schedule has been changing a lot and I've been super tired, but today I woke up determined not to be a sloth.

Olympian - 12/30 - I didn't do this, all those punches have been putting me off.. so I did another arm workout instead, so I can move on with a clear conscience:
Helios - 4 sets no rest.
Flexibility Challenge - 12/30
Posture Challenge - 12/30
