Workout for preparation for cross country skiing week

I was wandering if you could recommend some workouts which would help me in preparation for the week of cross country skiing :)

Skiing is a great fitness activity that helps you build full-body strength, cardiovascular fitness, balance and coordination.

DAREBEE has a workout specifically designed to train skiing movements. It even has a follow along video!:

You can also use the workout filter to search for additional workouts to supplement the Skier workout.
Start with selecting "full body" under "FOCUS" and "strength" under "TYPES". From there you can further refine for the difficulty level that's best for you, what types of equipment (if any) you have, etc.

This exercise is very effective and much better than some exercises at the gym. It not only ensures health benefits but also helps strengthen the muscles of the limbs, especially the thighs and calves.
